Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed.

  • The refund request is made within 2 hours of purchase
  • You have provided sufficient evidence of the product not working
  • You have allowed us to attempt to resolve the issue first

No refunds will be granted after 2 hours from the time of purchase, regardless of circumstances.

If your refund is approved, it will be Credited within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
